Ziggy visited military families at the 50th Annual Spring Fling on Schriever AFB on April 13. He was excited to interact with the brave men and women who represent our country and also with all the children in attendance at the Spring Fling.

On April 13, the Switchbacks showed support at the Run As One event in Colorado Springs. Run As One’s goal is to use physical activity, teamwork, and positive relationships to raise awareness for mental health.

The Switchbacks, Ziggy, and Saeed Robinson visited the Sertich Ice Center for the HBA Cares vs Colorado Springs Police and Firefighters hockey game! HBA Cares joined forces with CSPD and CSFD to benefit Shield616 in providing three rifle rated armor suites at no cost to the first responder or department.

On March 22nd, Rony Argueta visited Jackson Elementary school to read to a class of fifth graders. After he finished the book, Rony enjoyed getting to answer questions about some of his favorite things to do and how he became a professional soccer player.

The Switchbacks FC hosted a season kick-off party on March 11th with XTRA Sports Radio 1300 and Nash FM at Texas Roadhouse on North Powers Blvd ahead of the teams home opener this Saturday. Ziggy, Steward Ceus, and Jamal Jack were there and they participated in the games and giveaways!

On March 9th, Ziggy and the Switchbacks visited Back East Bar & Grill for the 18th annual St. Baldrick's Head Shaving event. With a goal of $65,000, money was being raised to help fund childhood cancer research so all kids can grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Ziggy was in full support with the families of the shavee's for this great cause.
