Traditional Option:

How do I redeem my Flex Season Tickets?

Flex Season Ticket Members will receive an access code allowing them to redeem as many of their tickets to any game of their choice up to kickoff of the chosen game. Flex tickets are unreserved seats, meaning the best seats in each section are first come first serve. The earlier flex tickets are reserved the more seats are available to choose from. To redeem flex tickets, click on this link to enter your access code and choose your seats.


Can I sit next to my friend if we have season tickets in the same section?

Your season ticket account representative will do their best to accommodate you and your friend(s) to arrange seating locations next to one another. Flex Season Tickets are redeemed online so
coordinate with your friends before reserving seats.

Is parking included in the season ticket packages? How will parking be assigned?

Parking is only included in Suite and Business Club season ticket packages. Parking is available for the season or single game offers and is located on both the East and West side of Weidner Field.
Gameday parking is $5 dollars and only cash is accepted. To purchase a season parking pass, contact the Switchbacks FC front office at (719)-368-8480.

What is the club's refund policy?

No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless Switchbacks FC is unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a match date or time change.

In what form will I receive my season tickets?

Season Tickets will be distributed at the Switchbacks FC Season Ticket Member Party on March 6th, 2019 at The Gold Room, 18 S. Nevada Ave. Season tickets purchased after February 4 th , 2019 will not be printed in the Season Ticket Booklet and may be received via email, or in the form of printed
tickets. If you cannot attend the Season Ticket Member Party, season tickets can be picked up at the Switchbacks FC downtown office at 234 N. Tejon, or at the Box Office on game days.

Do season ticket members receive a discount on team merchandise?

Yes! All season ticket members receive 10% discount on all team merchandise.

Are tickets to the playoffs included in my season ticket package?

Playoff tickets, exhibition matches, and non-USL regular season tournaments played at Weidner Field will be offered to season ticket members at a discount before sales open to the public but are not included in the season ticket package. Season ticket members will be informed by the Switchbacks FC ticketing office and receive priority to purchase their regular section seats for additional matches prior to the general public.

How many tickets do I need to purchase to be considered a group?

Groups of 16 or more will be eligible for group pricing. To reserve group tickets please call (719)-368-8480 to speak with a Switchbacks FC Account Executive.

Are there any party areas for large groups?

Yes! We are able to accommodate large groups in the Northwest corner of Weidner Field. For more information on party accommodations, please call 719-368-8480 to speak with a Switchbacks FC
Account Executive.

What about accessible seating, ADA entry, & ADA parking?

Accessible seating is available at all Switchbacks FC matches. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companion. Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the
accessible space. ADA parking will be on the West side of Weidner Field and will be located close to the ADA entrance, Gate A, located in the North West corner of the Weidner Field.

Do infants need a ticket?

Children two years old and younger will receive complimentary entry, assuming they will be sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian.  If the child has reached their third birthday, they must have a ticket to enter.

Where is the supporters section?

At Weidner Field, there are two supporters’ sections. The Trailheads have the Base Camp section located directly behind the South goal and is general admission with standing and seating areas. The
Brewsers occupy the first three rows of section 115 and are usually standing the entire match on the east side of Weidner Field.

What time does the Switchbacks FC box office open on gameday?

The Switchbacks FC Box Office will open 3 hour prior to kickoff. Single game tickets will be on-sale pending availability.

Season Ticket Member and Military discounts are the only discounts offered at the Box Office.


How do I pick up Will Call tickets?

Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the event, at the Switchbacks FC Box Office, which is located at the Southeast corner of Weidner Field. You must provide photo identification in order to obtain tickets left in your name. Please remember to distribute tickets ahead of time for friends and family. Switchbacks FC cannot take tickets on behalf of fans for third parties at Will Call. There will be a $5 fee if you choose to have your tickets printed and available at Will Call.

Can my tickets be scanned off my phone?

Yes, we can scan tickets off your phone. We do recommend that you turn up your screen brightness and zoom in on the barcodes to ensure the tickets will scan properly.

What is the policy on lost or stolen tickets?

Unfortunately, we can’t replace lost or stolen Season Ticket Sheets with new sheets. We can replace lost Season Ticket sheets with printed tickets for a $5 printing fee. Stolen tickets (with police report)
will be replaced with printed tickets without additional charges.

What are my options if I do not have my ticket(s)?

If you do not have your ticket(s) with you, please go to the Switchbacks FC Box Office for assistance. We can either email you another copy of your ticket(s), which can then be scanned off your phone, or we can print replacement tickets at a charge of $2 per ticket.

What is the Switchbacks FC ticket disclaimer?

As a reminder to all fans, please be wary of fraudulent or counterfeit tickets to Switchbacks FC matches.  Counterfeit tickets will not be accepted for admission to the event.  For your protection, we advise you to ensure that your tickets were acquired either directly from Switchbacks FC (through our
season ticket or group ticket programs) or from our designated ticket servicing agent, AXS.

All single game tickets are non-refundable. If a match is postponed or rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the rescheduled event.
