Colorado Springs, CO (February 2, 2022) – The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC announced on Wednesday that the club would be hosting Real Monarchs SLC in a gated exhibition game.
The game, scheduled for March 5th, will kick off at 12 pm at Weidner Field in downtown Colorado Springs.
“RSL have produced so many quality players over the years and we had a few good battles with them toward the end of last year,” said General Manager and Head Coach Brendan Burke on the matchup. “This is a great test for us at home before we welcome OC for a rematch of last year’s playoff game the following weekend.”

The Switchbacks FC 2022 regular season will begin on March 12th, as they host the USL Championship reigning champions Orange County SC. Tickets for that match, and all other 2022 home matches, are available HERE now.
