COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (October 10th, 2023) – Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC announced today that Romario Williams has been added to the Jamaica Men’s National Team squad for its upcoming games in the 2023/24 CONCACAF Nations League.
Williams has previously made 16 appearances for the Reggae Boyz, scoring two goals and one assist in his international career. Jamaica is set to face Grenada on Thursday, October 12th at 5 p.m. MT. The side will also face Haiti on Sunday, October 15th at 6 p.m. MT.
Williams has arrived for national team duty and is anticipated to be absent for the Switchbacks’ upcoming game against Phoenix Rising FC on Saturday, October 14th.
A new signing this past offseason, Williams has made 29 appearances for the Switchbacks this season, recording 15 goals, and three assists. Williams recently hit the milestone of 50 regular season goals during his career in the USL Championship.
