A: Flex Package Members will log into their Switchbacks-SeatGeek ticket account and go to the “Flex Redemption” offer upon the offers tab of their account manager to redeem as many of their tickets to any match of their choice up to kickoff of the chosen match. Once you have reserved seats there will be a payment due upon checkout but all flex members will have “flex redemption credit” as a deposit category you will be able to pay for your tickets with. Flex tickets are unreserved seats, meaning the best seats in each section are first come first serve. The earlier flex tickets are reserved the more seats are available to choose from. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU REDEEM MORE THAN YOUR ALLOTTED TICKET AMOUNT, IF YOU ATTEMPT TO REDEEM MORE THAN YOUR ALLOTMENT, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT ASK FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OUTSIDE OF YOUR FLEX REDEMPTION CREDIT.
Your account representative will do their best to accommodate you and your friend(s) to arrange seating locations next to one another. Flex tickets are redeemed online so coordinate with your friends before reserving seats.
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless Switchbacks FC is unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a match date or time change.
Flex Tickets will be distributed via the Switchbacks App available on the App Store and Google Play. If you do not receive the instructions to your email, please check your junk and spam folder. A: Playoff tickets, exhibition matches, and non-USL regular season tournaments played at Weidner Field are not included in your flex package. Flex pack members will be informed by the Switchbacks FC ticketing office and receive priority to purchase their seats for additional matches prior to the general public.
Groups of 10 or more will be eligible for group pricing. To reserve group tickets please call (719)-368-8480 to speak with a representative.
Yes! We are able to accommodate large groups in the Northwest and Southeast corner of Weidner Field. For more information on party accommodations, please call 719-368-8480 to speak with a Switchbacks representative.
Accessible seating is available at all Switchbacks FC matches. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companion. Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. ADA parking will be on the West side of Weidner Field and will be located close to the ADA entrance, The Sky Club Gate, located on the West side of Weidner Field. ADA parking is first come first served. We don’t have the ability to reserve these parking spots.

Children two years old and younger will receive complimentary entry, assuming they will be sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian. If the child has reached their third birthday, they must have a ticket to enter.
The Trailheads supporters group have their base camp in section 127. The Sangre Latina supporters group have their base camp in section 130. Both are located directly behind the South goal and is reserved standing only.
The Switchbacks FC Box Office will open 3 hour prior to kickoff. Single game tickets will be on-sale pending availability. Season Ticket Member and Military discounts are the only discounts offered at the Box Office.
For your box office needs we recommend going to the box office prior to a game day. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 outside of regular game days.
Tickets cost $1 per ticket to have them printed at the box office.
Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the event, at the Switchbacks FC Box Office, which is located on the West side of Weidner Field. You must provide photo identification in order to obtain tickets left in your name. Please remember to distribute tickets ahead of time for friends and family. Switchbacks FC cannot take tickets on behalf of fans for third parties at Will Call.
Yes, we can scan tickets off your phone. We do recommend that you turn up your screen brightness and zoom in on the barcodes to ensure the tickets will scan properly.
We can replace lost Season Ticket sheets with printed tickets for a $10 printing fee. Stolen tickets (with police report) will be replaced with printed tickets without additional charges.
If you do not have your ticket(s) with you, please go to the Switchbacks FC Box Office for assistance. We can either email you another copy of your ticket(s), which can then be scanned off your phone.
As a reminder to all fans, please be wary of fraudulent or counterfeit tickets to Switchbacks FC matches. Counterfeit tickets will not be accepted for admission to the event. For your protection, we advise you to ensure that your tickets were acquired either directly from Switchbacks FC (through our season ticket or group ticket programs) or from our designated ticket servicing agent, SeatGeek.
All single game tickets are non-refundable. If a match is postponed or rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the rescheduled event.

Switchbacks FC Ticket Access Trouble-Shooting
If you are having issues accessing your 2022 Switchbacks FC digital tickets, please make sure you have completed the steps below and have looked at the troubleshooting tips to make sure the issue you are having is outside our typical account linking issues.
All Switchbacks FC tickets will be distributed via the Switchbacks App available on the App Store and Google Play. Please download the app for your respective device at the link below.
To create/register a SeatGeek ticketing account, please visit https://seatgeek.com/#register and you will be prompted to create an account. If you already have a SeatGeek ticketing account you can link that with your Switchbacks account to not create multiple accounts.
To link your SeatGeek ticketing account to your email address and your Switchbacks FC tickets, please visit https://seatgeek.com/switchbacksfc/verify and follow the directions to get your tickets to appear in the app.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you have downloaded the app and created/registered your SeatGeek account but tickets are not appearing in the app, you likely need to link you’re your account with the step above.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you are receiving a looping error and unable to link your account, this means you likely do not have a SeatGeek ticketing account created and will need to register a SeatGeek ticketing account using Step 2.
To access your tickets on the app, you will need to log into your SeatGeek Ticketing account on the Switchbacks FC App. If you have forgotten your SeatGeek login password, please visit https://seatgeek.com/forgot_password to get instructions on how to reset your password.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you are receiving a looping error and unable to get a password reset, this means you likely do not have a SeatGeek ticketing account created and will need to register a SeatGeek ticketing account using Step 2.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you do not receive the password reset email from SeatGeek within 10 minutes of submitting a request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Switchbacks FC front office at 719-368-8480 to receive help getting your password reset escalated with SeatGeek.
Once you have opened the app, you will need to click over to the tickets tab located at the bottom center of the app.
Next you must click “MY TICKETS” to bring up all matches you have active tickets you have bought or flexed.
After this, you will need to click into the specific match you are trying to access tickets for.
From here you will click on the tickets you would like to get scanned, send, or sell and the barcode and prompts will appear on the screen.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you have completed all the steps above but upon the last step you receive a page that says “ticket barcodes will be available in time for the match”, please email email@example.com or call the front office at 719-368-8480 to have a ticket operator help assist getting those barcode to you.
